The villa is situated on the hills of Mandelieu and offers a bird's eye view of the whole bay of Cannes up to Théoule ! And further on westwards the skyline of the hills of the Esterel can be seen.
The apartment is composed of a large kitchen with dining area, a living-room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms ( one with a double bed and one with bunk beds), bathroom with washing machine, and separate WC. The main bedroom has air conditioning. There is also a large 16 m2 south facing veranda which can be closed and with views of the sea, Cannes and the Lérins islands. On the balcony at the west side you can enjoy the quietness of the green hills of the Estérel. The kitchen has all the cooking facilities , refrigerator, deep-freeze, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and all sorts of pans and dishes. On the TV you can watch as well as the French programmes also a large choice of international programmes due to satellite reception (Astra). We offer also wireless internet connection. There is a parking for your car reserved in front of the house. |

To refresh we have a swimming-pool (10x5 m) which is near the house and can be reached by a garden path.
The situation of the house on the hills of Mandelieu, in a residential area, spares us the trouble of the town, but of course that results in the necessity of personal means of transport. Mandelieu offers a lot of activities : as well as the beach and all the nautical sport arts there is one of the most famous golf of the Côte d’Azur in Mandelieu: the “Old Course”. There is also an airport for private planes. You can enjoy the hinterland with the typical small provincial villages and their special ambiance. We would be glad to give you some ideas if you would like us to. The rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday, but in the lower season it is possible to make arrangements concerning the arrival and/or the duration. Linens are provided for a small extra charge. For longer rental, e.g. in winter, we make special offers ! Enjoy the mild climate of the Mediterranean sea and the wonderful flowering of the mimosa tree (from mid-January until approx.. end of February). |
